Good steak tacos! I came in for lunch and ordered 3 steak tacos. $3.00 each I believe. The service was pleasant. The steak meat used was grade A. The place was also clean. My issue with them is I prefer red sauce over the green that they automatically give you w/out asking you what your preference is. 1st off, I'm allergic to green peppers which I'm sure the green sauce is made with. So I had to pay $2.00 for red salsa. NOT COOL!!!! I'll go back, but I'm definitely going to advise them that this is absurd.
Reading other reviews after mine, I'm not the only salsa complainer! -

This is more of like a 3.5 review. The lady that took my takeout order was extremely friendly and had a great attitude. The food was also good and filling.
My wife ordered their Asada torta and it wasn't anything special, I decided to go GRANDE or go home and ordered their burrito grande with lengua. The burrito was anything but grande. It was normal size and very pricey for its size. $9.75 is an outrageous price for the burrito I received despite how good it was. The burrito came with rice, beans, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Is also came with lettuce and tomato, but I always order it without. I personally feel that it makes the burrito too watery, and tastes too "salady". The lengua was good and I felt it came with plenty of meat. Another thing that through me off, was that they only offer green salsa. No red salsa at all?
Overall, the place was good with friendly staff, I just don't see me returning with those high prices and an no red salsa! -

Was craving a breakfast burrito, and ended up here. Tony place, a few steps down from street level. Piles of random stuff in the front. Accidentally sat under the heater, blowing hot air on me, so had to move. Breakfast burrito was good, but messy as hell. You know that orange meat juice that you get when the chorizo hasn't been drained at all? All over the place. Salsa was good. Chips may have been homemade. Not sure, but they had that taste and texture. Paid street parking.

Steak burrito was excellent. Fast service and high quality food. After several experiences with anything involving tortilla chips here, I'd say it's best to avoid them. Always taste extremely stale and/or over cooked.

Favorite Mexican food spot in the neighborhood! The staff is always super sweet and helpful. The food is SO bomb. I love their super burritos and tacos. Their chips and salsa are to die for. I eat here almost everyday and will never get tired of how delicious all of their plates are! I look forward to working my way through their tasty menu.
